if your last name begins with A thru L that you drop off your goods
on Friday, August 24. If your last name begins with M thru Z drop off
your goods on Saturday, August 25. Please bring your baked goods to
Rm C in the Parish Office anytime after 10:00am. Someone will be there
to greet you. We need workers for the Dessert Booth during the Festival.

of Wedding Banns Singers Needed for Adult Choir: The St. Ignatius Adult Choir will begin singing again on September 9 at the 8:30am Mass. We will have our first rehearsal on September 6 (Thursday) from 7:30-9:00pm in the Fr. Gratsch meeting room (Rm A) of the Parish Office. The repertoire for this choir generally includes more traditional and classical sacred music and we sing for special occasions like the Midnight Mass at Christmas and Easter morning. We have a wonderful group already, but we are always happy to welcome new singers. If you are interested in joining the Adult Choir, please call Patty Stretch or just come to the first rehearsal. WOW!!!!!! What a wonderful relationship you have with the Parishes of
Nuestra Senora del Milagro (Our Lady of the Miracle) and San Pedro Nolasco
in Guatemala. You would not believe all the prayers they offer for us
on a daily basis and all the intentions that are offered at all their
Masses for us. They truly are a wonderful and faithful people. Fr. Pete

25. Volunteers are needed to work the first shift and second shift. The
first shift leaves St. I's at 4:30AM and the second shift leaves St. I's

Parish Health Ministry: The Alzheimer's Association
will be presenting the 19th Summer Symposium August 24th at the METS Center
in Erlanger, KY. The theme for this year's symposium is "Quality
of Life: It's In The Journey." The person and family affected by
dementing disorders experience a disease course and caregiving journey
that is uniquely individualized. Thus, this symposium addresses many aspects
of that very challenging journey. Please call for more information on
registration. In addition to the symposium, the Alzheimer's Association
is hosting a Family Event, A Night for Caregivers, on Thursday, August

Coming Events The Little Sisters of the Poor will be collecting during all the Masses on the weekend of September 1 & 2 for the support of their work among the Elderly poor. The Little Sisters conduct the St. Paul's Archbishop Leibold Home located at 476 Riddle Rd. in Clifton. For over 140 years the Little Sisters of the Poor have been caring for the needy elderly from Cincinnati, Kentucky, Dayton and even parts of Indiana, providing them with a home, nursing care and above all, love and respect, which is so important. In order to maintain their home of 90 Residents the Sisters go out daily to solicit for their needs. Any help you may be able to give them will be deeply appreciated. "The Pregnancy Center West" is hosting our Moonlight and Roses Dinner Dance on Friday, August 24 at Receptions - Western Hills (3302 Westbourne Dr.). Cocktails will be served at 6:30, followed by dinner at 7:30. There will be a silent and oral auction. All the proceeds support our In Control chastity program presented to many Catholic grade schools and high schools. Please call if you would like to join us."
