o
Runner
Coaches: The St. Ignatius Coaching Staff loves to run, too.
Many of them train and compete in national distance running events and
other multi-sport races. They also
enjoy running with the team during practice and sharing their enthusiasm about
running.
·
Running is one of the healthiest,
if not the healthiest, exercise.
·
Running improves your
cardiovascular system helping you
resist heart and artery
disease.
·
Running helps ward off major
lifestyle diseases, including high
blood pressure and
diabetes.
·
In addition to these health
benefits, you'll also feel better. And
remarkably, you'll find that you have more energy everyday--not
less.
·
That's the beauty of running.
It fends off disease, increases
energy levels, improves
memory and concentration, and is
a lot of fun!

“To give anything less than your
best is to sacrifice the Gift.”
