To help students and parents plan for athletic activities at St. Ignatius, the following is the list of activities available, grades that participate and the approximate month to sign up for the activity. Check the bulletin for specific dates and cost to participate. A student who wants to sign up for the sport after the designated sign-up period may sign up for the sport ONLY with the approval of the sport’s coordinator.

At St. Ignatius, coaches are present with the players during practices and games. The Athletic Association follows school policies, as stated in the school handbook, as it relates to sports activities.

There are many opportunities for parents to be more active in the St. Ignatius Athletic Association by:

• Coaching
• Working Concessions
• Becoming a coordinator
• Helping with field maintenance
• Volunteering assistance, and
• Attending the St. Ignatius Athletic Association meetings at 7:30 P.M. on the second Tuesday of each month.
